Erin Hardiman is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in in-patient hospitals, community mental health and private practice settings. A graduate of Marshall University and Vanderbilt University, Erin has always been intrigued by the human mind and how it effects all aspects of life. Feeling that education is the best way to decrease the stigmatization of mental illness, Erin takes every opportunity to reach out to the community and other professionals, providing comprehensive and accurate information on psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Erin is an adjunct clinical faculty with University of Tennessee, Memphis.
Erin sees children and adolescents, ages 5 - 18, and believes in the basic nursing principles of education, early intervention and holistic care. Erin has special interest in juvenile criminology, investigative psychology and forensic psychiatry.
Erin is a native West Virginian, now living in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. She has a special passion for music with training in piano, guitar, violin and voice. She has toured as a vocalist across the United States and Europe. Erin is an active member in her church and also enjoys computers, writing, shopping, traveling, movies and spending time with her family. |
